Up for auction is an obsolete, numbered, hallmarked and vintage 1960's issue Identification Badge for a member of the USAF Air Police. This badge, which is silver in color, is in fair condition, showing a great deal of wear on the front. As seen, the plating over the Air Force Seal is worn away with other areas also being worn away. This is an obsolete badge containing a rotating clasp and pin fastener, which is GOV'T marked on the clasp. The badge is hallmarked with a "V" inside a circle and is numbered "H4434". The badge is approximately 2.5 inches high by 1.5 inches wide. THIS IS AN HISTORIC, ANTIQUE OR OBSOLETE BADGE, WHICH DOES NOT RESEMBLE ANY CURRENT BADGE IN USE, OR IS AT LEAST 75 YEARS OF AGE, WHICH CARRIES NO POLICE, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR FIRE AUTHORITY .
