Product Details Description: is a Rare Exquisite Miniature Occupied Japan "Chubu" Tea Set~ BEAUTIFUL! This eye-popper of a miniature Tea Set HAS IT ALL! It is made of very fine bone china and delicately handpainted Powder Blue accents with tiny roses with Lavish & ORNATE GOLD Trim; made in 1940's-50. It consists of Eight (8)Pieces ~Teapot with Lid ( Marked: "Hand Painted"/symbol/"Occupied Japan "), Sugar with Lid (Marked: "Hand Painted"/(symbol)/"Occupied Japan "), Creamer ( Marked: "JAPAN"/symbol ), Two Cups and Two Saucers ( Each Marked: "Japan"/symbol )and Tray ( Marked: "Chubu China" /Made in Occupied Japan/symbol ). I have never seen this particular pattern. The Tiny Teapot can actually be use like a REAL ONE! Has been stored away for 35-40+ Years and never available till now! This Pretty Little Tea Set is Very Desirable and is seldom found in COMPLETE & MINT Condition~LIKE THIS ONE! Dimensions: Tray measures 4.5" Long; Teapot is 1.25" Tall; Cup is .5" Tall Condition: It is in PERFECT,MINT ORIGINAL CONDITION! T are NO chips, NO cracks, NO crazing, NO repairs and IS COMPLETE. I cannot find anything wrong with this Fine little Tea Set! T is No wear to Gold Trim (just lighting).
