For Auction a lovely piece of Bisque. It is a scene of 2 women and 2 small angels or cherubs. It is a very sweet scene. This is stamped on the bottom as Hand Painted in Occupied Japan. T is also a symbol of a T over an S. This figure measures 8" in height and 6 1/2" in length. T are 2 breaks in this figure. The pinky finger of the standing woman's right hand is broken and the left 4 fingers of the sitting woman is broken. I think the pictures show this clearly. The colors are beautiful with soft shades. The hand painting with its intricate shadings is very nice as is the intricate details to the piece itself. This has been in my mom's home for over 60 years. Please e-mail me with any questions and thanks for looking.
