Club legend Richard Swain unveiled the clubs unique 150th anniversary inspired alternative jersey that was worn at Magic Weekend. The 2005 Challenge Cup winning skipper was given a standing ovation as he entered the field prior to Hull FC’s resounding victory over Catalans Dragons, with the surprise reveal of the club’s smart retro jersey. Swain was the perfect man to show off the shirt during his brief visit from New Zealand, as his name is one of a number of club legends to also feature on the back of the jersey, with Hull FC’s Hall of Fame. The sublimated shirt also features the famous three crowns of Hull, as well as references to their 150 th anniversary year in a true heritage theme. Club sponsors also joined in the celebrations by changing all their logos to black in order to complete the retro look. The item has not been worn and comes with tags, however the item is signed by the team to the front of the shirt. Underneath the Hull FC crest on the upper left chest we have applied a heat press badge to commemorate the win and score line from Magic Weekend 2015 against Hull KR.
