This is an official regulation NBA basketball. Per the stamp on the ball, it is 100 percent "selected grain genuine leather," i.e., the real deal. I have used it a couple of times over the last couple years which I have had it. I have used it indoors and just for briefly shooting around for a few minutes. It has never seen a game. It has been bounced a few times outdoors by my little cousins. This was not aggressive bouncing at all. I have done my best to show in the photographs any of what I would consider, very light blemishes on the ball. Basically, this ball has never really been used. If I had to do it all over again, I would not buy one of these balls new. I paid around $90 for it. I can ship this ASAP to the buyer via the USPS. Any questions, please let me know.
