The English believe this traditional Brown Betty Teapot makes the best cups of tea in the world. This is fully handmade at Old Caledonia Mills in Stoke-on-Trent, England by Royal Caldone from the famous red terracota clay of the region and the famous dark brown Rockingham glaze makes this an English classic. I believe this is the 6 oz. size (English cup sizes are different than ours, about 5 oz. each). Also, if you choose to add a strainer, this pot is reputed to create the best infusion of tea leaf flavors. The Brown Betty teapot is also said to have excellent heat retention; just right for the perfect cup of tea.
