Made in USA. Tin lithographed drum with removeable top, crank lifts plunger up and down, 3 legs support tub, wringer fits to side of tub has 2 hard rubber rolls, tub can be used as a world bank as stated, drum has green interior, top is red, boys and girls are washing, dog pulling cart of wash, 7-3/4 inches tall x 4-7/8 inches in diameter weighs 3/4 lb, box shows some wear and top flaps were at one time taped long ago by original owner (tape is starting to dry out), but all original, clean, colorful. Originally owned by the daughter of a wealthy family in Rochester, NY, well cared for over the years. Great collectible tin toy, very scarce in this condition.
