Beautiful antique10K rose gold necklace with a beautiful filigree ornate gold design surrounding a carved cameo white on black pendant. I am not familiar with cameos. This is very beautiful and I have not seen this one before. I did do research, but to no avail. This cameo has a roman nose with leaves in the hair, yet the gown /neckline looks colonial. The pendant is marked "ESENCO 10K". The delicate gold chain appears to be original to the pendant. The 10K rose gold chain and pendant / cameo are in GREAT condition. The cameo is beautiful with NO chips, nicks or cracks. Measurements: Chain 17" Pendant: 1 1/4" Cameo: 3/4" x 1/3" GUARANTEED to be as stated & NOT a Reproduction
