Offered is an old carved wood mask with a knitted/woven head piece or hood on a foundation of braided reeds.It has braided fiber hair . The mask is 13" long. It has slits in the mask w the eyes are carved and deeply carved features and tatoos. The face is quite compelling. It has obviously been used and appears much older than most of these pieces to me.
