Up for auction is a wonderful original, antique TURTLE SPITTOON. This piece was purchased at an antique estate sale.. .His head, body, legs and feet are cast iron. The shell is tin. This spittoon measures aprox. 14" long by 11" wide by 4." high. This awesome turtle spittoon is still working! The turtle's head, when stepped on, will raise his shell ..It is in good antique condition! However it does shows some surface rust. It could probably be removed.The orange you see on the shell in the photos is from camera glare. This wonderful turtle spitoon is all original.. It is completely functional and would be a wonderful addition to your tobacciana or early cast iron collection or a wonderful gift for that favorite collector in your life!
