This cast iron gas fireplace insert has been excavated from an old home in the Midwest. Its outer fenders are of shiny black enamel. The insert measures 22 inches wide and 21 1/2 inches tall. It is eight (8) inches deep and approximately eight (8) inches thick. It needs eight (8) of its 10 warming elements, which may be available at an architectural/restoration warehouse. Otherwise, it is in very sound condition. I have shown many views of this to communicate every detail. The difference in lighting in the pictures comes from whether or not I used the flash. This is an excellent choice for restoring an old fireplace!
