Old Carved Painted Wood Arts Crafts Lamps & Mica Shades ...... The Mica Tube Shades on these early 20th century carved wood and painted Arts & Crafts Lamps measures 3 7/8" in diameter by 7 ½" tall. T are two very small spots w the front layer of Mica is lifting a little, which you can see this in my close-up photos. What looks like a crack in the shade is not. It goes in only one very thin layer of the Mica and looks like its w two pieces were blended together. T are no other damages or repairs to the shades or the lamps themselves. The carved wood base measures 7 ¾" in diameter and the overall height to the top of the turned wood finial is 20 ¾". If you are planning on using these lamps I would suggest you have the original wiring checked out first. The dark painted surface you see on the wood is the original first paint. T is some wear to the edges of the paint, just from handling over the years.
