This item is a Rare Vintage Case Tested XX Rough Black 2 Blade Serpentine Pocketknife Knife and it comes to you in excellent minus condition. Minus because 99% full blades have been very lightly, properly sharpened and they show very light tarnish. Knife is near perfect for its age! No rust! No pin cracks! No blade wobble! Extremely strong half stops, full stops and snap (snaps like it was born yesterday)! Blades have been lightly oiled to preserve their integrity. This old beauty measures 3 3/8" long in closed position and main blade tang is marked, "CASE TESTED XX (C in Case is a long tailed C). This mark was used between 1920 & 1940. It was beautifully made with primary colors of silver and black. It sports nickel silver inserts, pins, bolsters and emblem shield that is marked, "Case" inside an oval. It also sports rare rough black scales (handles) that appear to be simulated jigged bone gutta percha or bakelite. You simply cannot go wrong with this rare configuration folder! Also, see my other listins for more vintage knives and other interesting items. Bid with confidence! This is a guaranteed vintage Case knife in fantastic condition. Extremely low opening bid with NO RESERVE! Buyer pays $4.00 shipping by priority mail. Insurance is extra. I accept cashiers check or money order only. Please, no personal checks!
