The bank has a celluloid front and back; it measures about 3-1/4" long X 2-1/4" wide X 5/8" thick. Looks to be mfg'd by the Stronghart Co.
CONDITION: overall, fair--has splotching and minor chips to front and rear; t's a small crack around the cartoon character's face; and someone carved their initials on the Charleston, IL side; the metal ring shows some minor rust spots. I DO NOT HAVE THE KEY.
