Up for auction is a Wonderful, Old Cookie Jar being offered by one of our consignors at our 6,000 Sq. ft. location in Brodheadsville, Pa.. It is the Spool Of Thread by American Bisque which was produced in the 1950's. It measures approximately 11" tall and has a book value of approximately $125.00 + depending on its condition. It has a thimble finial on the lid and you can see the needle in the side of the spool. Colors are truly great in person as in the picture. This cookie jar has no chips,cracks, breaks, crazing or otherwise. The only sign of aging is the bottom w it has darkened slightly in one are. This only shows inside and on the underside~ it is not visible on the sides. We would like to add to this auction that we do try to describe to the best of our abilities on the items that we receive from our consignors and vendors. We also try to take the best pictures that we can with providing the best clarity to help with our description. We are not experts nor do we claim to be- SO PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
