Old Curiosity Shop pattern Pie Plate ~VERY RARE~ This piece is a vintage, green transfer-ware, Pie Plate in the Old Curiosity Shop pattern made by Royal China. It is in very good condition and has no chips or scratches or crazing. I could feel a rough spot on the edge but no visible flaws. Near mint. (see photos) The piece is still very pretty and still very usable. This is a rarer piece in the Old Curiosity Shop collection. The unique scene on this piece is inside the Curiosity Shop in front of the fireplace with treasures strewn everyw You get a glimpse into another room which just raises 'more curiosity'! Very nice piece. It has that 'warm homemade pie' feel to it. The plate edge has the partial hinge pattern showing so even when t is a pie in the plate, the pattern will show! This is really a charming piece. Size: 10" pie plate and 1 ½" deep (it is a typical pie plate shape and size) Condition: Very good, no stains chips or crazing.
