Both ratchets are in good working order and both hand cuffs lock / unlock / double lock exactly as they should. They come with ONE (1) key. Both cuffs are factory marked with the LIPS logo just above the key holes. I do not have any history with these particular handcuff, but I do know that they are old and VERY rare! How often do you see them for sale and in such nice condition? These are a must for all handcuff and restraint collectors so don't miss them!! NO RESERVE!!
