This beautiful classic clock has the prized WUBA movement that says quality. Zaandam clocks are unique to Holland with a free form case, the Greek God Atlas holding the world on his shoulders on top of the stiking bell, the cast brass figures with the ever present Dutch saying "Nu Elck Syn Sin" which I believe means "Not everyone gets what he wants". Brass barley twist collums and brass hands decorate the dial area. Side windows let you see the movement. The clock measures 19 inches tall (not including the pendulum or weights) 8 inches wide and 6 inches deep. Solidly built it weighs about 16 lbs for shipping. The 5 inch weights are unusual for this type of clock that usually have pear shaped weights. They are strikingly attractive with this clock but may not be original. I have seen only a few on Ebay with this type of weight. This clock is running, striking and keeping time but due to the nature of shipping it may require some adjustment. Feel free to Email me if you need help in the set-up. Please study the description and pictures and ask questions before you bid. This item is sold "AS IS" .
