Extremely nice vintage English sterling silver picture frame from a local Dallas estate/moving sale. HALLMARKS: Will signed with the full English Sterling Hallmarks, including the Lion Facing Left (for Sterling Silver), the Leopard's Head (for London-made) and the Date Letter (J or similar). Also marked with the maker's cypher "KF Ltd" or similar. Guaranteed authentic and obviously authentic, as the pics show; you won't be disappointed. AGE DISCUSSION: A vintage estate piece with definitely some age, but probably not extremely old in my opinion; I would date it to about the 1980s - 1990s. CONDITION: Excellent condition, as shown. Please note the small scratch near the lower right corner. Otherwise, nothing to complain about on honest inspection. Retains its glass which has no problems and stands fine with no problems. The pics are very honest and show the condition well and you won't be disappointed in the condition of this piece. SIZE: Image opening arbour 5.25" tall and 3.75" wide and it was probably designed to hold a lightly trimmed 4x6 photo. Overall size is about 7.5" x 5.25". Please note, you can use this frame *vertically* only, as shown. NO REESREVE and a very low start and the pics tell the rest of the story, a nice eBay opportunity.
