Please note that this is a 5 Day Auction. Description: Offered is a very nice signed red Erphila creamer that features a cute climbing white kitten or cat. This curious cat has just reached the top edge of the creamer and is peering down into the creamer. His front paws are holding onto the rim while his back paws and tail support the rest of his body. This completely white cat, that has black eyes, serves as the both the decoration and the handle for the creamer. The red is a very beautiful deep red and the inside is white to match the cat.This interesting creamer was made in Czechoslovakia sometime between World War I and World War II. The bottom is marked with a circular shiny gold Erphila mark that includes in capital letters the words: MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA.As just noted above the mark is actually in shiny gold, however to get a good photo of the mark I had to take the photo without the light glaring off of the gold. It is interesting to note that some Erphila items were also made in Germany Size: The creamer including the cat is 3 & 3/4" high. Including the tail the cat is 2 & ¼" high Condition: T is a little natural roughness around the bottom outer flat edge of the creamer that has been t since it was fired at the factory.
