This is a gorgeous old framed chromolithograph by Paul de Longpre called "Summer Fragrance". It's a lovely bunch of pink & red roses & dainty white flowers. They look like French lilacs. The background is a very dark brown. It is signed lower right. It is in very good condition except for a white scuff mark in the lower left corner. The colors are just beautiful! This was made by the Knapp Lith. Co., t is also the number 16 at the very bottom. The old gesso frame is very pretty also and compliments this print perfectly. It's been repainted white at some time. The glass is old & wavy. Frame is sturdy with no gesso loss. Measures 13" wide & 20 1/4" high framed. Print itself measures approx. 9 1/4" wide & 16 1/2" high. Insurance is included in shipping cost. Please email with any questions & thanks for looking!
