This is a weaver brake tester from about 1936. It came out of the back room of the motor vehicle inspection station in NJ. Anyone older from the area will remeber the red dye that used to shoot up to certian lines to deminstrate that your brakes were adjusted. It makes for a really cool outdoor or indoor conversation pice. I get more comments about mine then I do the esso gas pump. I bought this from the contractor that remodeled the dmv stations in the 80's. I can disassamble and ship, but it will be expensive because it weighs around 80lbs. I will not charge for handling, only shipping. You are bidding on the green one in the picture. The 2 pictures of the red one are just an example of mine. Most people think it is a gas pump although i have an air line coming out of the side to inflate tires and such. Any questions, email, or call me at . This is a no reserve auction. This is also not operationable. thanks
