Ole bull German made ViolinUp for your bidding is a lovely old German violin branded Ole bull on back and inside. T is also a paper label inside P.F. Sarver Paino and talking machines. Ole Bull can be Googled for more information on this type of violin and Ole Bull himself. The violin has no cracks or repairs that I can see with the average amount of dints dings and finish wear. T is some flame in the maple with a tight grain spruce top. It has a warm dark brown and tan finish. Violin has good volume with the 3 old strings that are on it. A trip to the luthers for new strings and bridge setup would help. I would change the pegs and tailpiece also but you could get by on the ones that are on it now. The chin rest is from the late 1800's to early 1900's. I would think that this violin is also from that time span. Violin is about 23 1/8 inches from end pin to scroll top.
