This one has a very lovely monogram "CK" and beautiful wide red stripes which go between the letters. The red woven French ticking dates from the late 1800's and with its faded red stripes it is an absolute necessity for the Country cottage shabby chic look. The color of the stripes are an earthy cherry red and cream however the cream is tinged with the sweetest pink from multiple washing with the red. I have backed the ticking with pure white cotton for strength and for inner beauty so when you open the outer cover you don't see the leftover bits of down stuck to the back. A zipper at the bottom for removal of the insert for cleaning when necessary. The sack is one I recently purchased from Loodylady in late August the ticking is also from Wendy. The age and soft fadedness was the selling point for me. It is the best! The awesome sack is whitened from age and use and multiple washings. These textiles are RARE! This pillow will be a treasure to be enjoyed for years to come. 19" x 19 All edges were overlocked to prevent fraying.New down feather insert included.
