Vintage Cast Iron Bank OLD HONESTY 5 CENT CIGAR This very heavy cast iron bank was obtained from a woman who said she had owned it for a long time. She said it is very old, although I do believe it is a reproduction, as the screws or rivets seem to have the star in their tops. The metal closure that keeps the coins in (on the bottom) is missing. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have or send additional photos if you would like them. The Native American or Indian figure stands 12-3/4 inches high and its base is approximately 3-1/4 inches square. Although most of the bank is black, the statue has a red and gold headdress with gold band, has gold and red trim on his outfit, carries a gold knife, and the lettering on the the base that says "Old Honesty 5 cent Cigar" is in gold lettering with red trim.
