DESCRIPTION : This is an absolutely AWESOME sterling silver bracelet that was hand wrought in Mexico in the early 1940's. It is masterfully crafted of ten sterling links that are designed in a classic art deco style ~ with flowing incised designs and sterling silver domed ball accents. The links are connected on the back with sterling "O" rings. The clasp is a simple hook closure that is seen on much of the early Mexican silver jewelry ~ t is an attached safety chain. This is a classic and timeless piece and is very well made. SIZE: Inside circumference when closed is 7-1/2", width is 1" and weight is 25 grams. CONDITION : Superior vintage condition ~ very little age associated wear ~ wonderful rich patina to the silver ~ just about PERFECT! HALLMARKS : Hallmarked in two places ~ one on the back of a link "HECHO EN MEXICO, 925" and on the back of the hook clasp "STERLING, 925, JSE" and a mark/hallmark that I am not familiar with. OTHER INFO: Please note that vintage Mexican silver jewelry is hand wrought, and tfore, not perfect ~ each piece will have variances that indicate that the piece is hand made. Vintage pieces will show various signs of wear since they have been pre-loved ~ items are described to the best of my ability and any damage will be noted. Please email me with any questions and check out my other auctions. Thanks
