You are bidding on a fantastic beaded Plateau or Plains dress made of deer skin with a nice beaded yolk. The overall length of the dress is 46" from neck to bottom. The length across the arms is 53", and the bottom measures 36" across. As you can see in the photos, t is some staining on the right side. The worst of it is near the arm pit area. The deer skin is still very nice and supple. The bead work is very well done and in excellent condition. This dress dates from the 1940's or maybe a little earlier. Please email with any questions. They are the same color as the pit stain on the front, but are smaller in size. We just wanted to let you know. I have no idea why the camera didn't pick these up.
