Description For your consideration we offer you a NAVAJO TRADITIONAL BLANKET/RUG, an absolutley stunning textile with and mesmorizing arrow pattern and many integrated colors. Beautiful hand spun and carded wools. I believe it is from the early 1900s. The craftsmanship of this lost art is amazing, it really holds its own. An incredible pattern within this rug. An amazing complex textile - t many colors and shades making a overwhelming design. The rug has many Navajo trademark wool and dye changes - this is due to sections of the rug being woven as wool and dye were available. Condition - is great. I have not tried to clean due to possiblilty of red dye bleed. Both sides are great. T is a stain in one corner. T are what i believe to be lazy lines(photos). No holes that i can see.
