The opening bid is our reserve. This is an interesting old Real Photo Postcard! It is titled, "No 11 River Scene at kelso, Washington" and a lovely view it is. A bridge spans a river we believe to be the might Columbia River and the town of Kelso is at the River's edge. The writer talks about a bad tooth and the great Smelt (fish) run. The photo is a lovely brown color and has very good contrast. If you turn it to catch glare, a little of the silvery residue from the old printing process remains on the surface. The photo is in very good condition with slightly bumped corner tips. This was postally mailed with a postmark of a very pale1914 and the stamp is gone. The photo is a little over 3 3/8 by 5 3/8 inches. What a great old photo of Kelso! Please email questions and we welcome info. We combine purchases to save you on shipping costs.
