Old Case XX USA (c. 1965-1969) flat Yellow handle 1 blade doctor, physician, pillbuster pattern. Pattern 3185. Blade is 100% full, unsharpened with a few tiny light specks. The knife is mint except for the few specks. Blade is stamped "Case XX USA" on front and "3185" on back. Blade opens and closes with strong snap. The handle has a "XX" shield with the high "S". So, it is an early USA. Handles are flat yellow. No cracks or chips in the handles. Front handle has a very light mark on the front forward of the shield from the wire that held it on the original CASE display board. A very nice scrace pattern in great condition. 3-5/8 inches long closed. I am happy to answer all questions and send additional pics.
