Wonderful Hand Painted Vintage Royal Doulton Figurine "The Old Balloon Seller" Hn 1315 Pleased to offer with no reserve this fabulous old Royal Doulton Figurine first issued in 1929 and discontinued production in 1998. Condition is perfect.....looks like new and the colors are sensational. My old price guide has this piece listed for $275.00.
