The areas covered in this book are: CHARLESTON SC, CHARLES CITY, CMSTP P&P, COLORADO SPRNGS, CONESTOGA, CGW, CRI&P, CNW and 6 OTHERS, and more. I have over 100 of these rail scrapbbooks that were compiled by my wifes granpa, Who worked for the railroad for over 50 years, was a trolley driver on the Brooklyn Bridge and traveled the country on his lifetime pass researching railcars and railroads, mostly his passion was trolleys. He , in his time could tell you the history of almost any trolley and rail cars, when built , resold to whom and how they were modified and w and who owned them throughout thier time on the rails. Much of this is recorded in these scrapbooks. They are in alphabetical order with too much info. in these books to describe. t are a lot of old photos, articles , maps , drawings , handwritten research, blueprints , tickets , timetables, stock charts, almost any info. you can compile about trolleys and railroads. All I can do is list the areas on the covers as the info. is overwhelming. This stuff belong in a museum, but t's just too much to move around. These scrapbooks take up a good size room in my house and my own compulsion for collecting old toys is getting overwhelming I need space. Late 1800's Early 1900's till after WW2.
