The people who sold it aired up the tires but they have since lost pressure in the past week. T is some paint and finish loss. I do not think t is much a prson would have to do to make this road ready or beach ready. PLEASE do not start the ebay checkout, I will start the checkout and send you a ebay invoice the following morning: Insurance and tracking are REQUIRED .
