This antique lamp is especially beautiful. I believe it was made by either the Steuben or Quezal company but I don't know how to remove the shade from the lamp fitting to look for a mark and it may not be marked. It is not connected in the usual way with three turn screws, t is a pin like thing that looks like you press on it to release the shade. I pressed on it but it did not move and I am afraid of breaking the shade if I press too hard. I can slightly see the top edge though an opening and don't see any chips but t could be some tiny ones on the fitter edge. The part of the shade you can see has no cracks or chips. I took many photos in different lighting to show the iridescent finish on the shade. This came out of an old home and is guaranteed to be old. The lamp appears to be brass. It has an Arts and Crafts look with a chain extension that reminds me of the paper chains we made as kids for the Christmas tree. The shade measures about 6.58" long by 4" across the bottom. The entire length of the lamp hangs 39" long. It is dirty and would have to be re-wired, the old cloth wiring is original. The turner on the lamp is marked Bryant. The lamp dates to early 1900. I will ship it at actual Priority cost or will use Fed Ex ground. Thanks for having a look at my auction!
