This stunning ca. 1930s Murano art glass necklace and earrings has it all! An incredible 62 inches long, the necklace features 7/8" long opaque white glass beads with swirled pink roses, little jewel-like blue flowers, and glittery zig-zags. Gold colored metal spacers are at each end of these glass beads. Spaced between the rose beads are opalescent milky round and barrel shaped glass beads with foil, amethyst cut glass beads, and small, round gold colored metal beads. Gold colored metal chain links are attached to all the beads, linking them together. The incredible lever-back gold toned metal earrings feature a 1/2" opaque white glass round rose bead and seven smaller rose beads, plus the faceted amethyst colored glass beads. Measure about 2 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide (at widest point). Beads hang from a smaller and larger scalloped metal piece that allows the earrings to move back and forth as wearer moves. Very sparkly effect! This wonderful rare old necklace and earrings set is in excellent vintage condition. T is a small chip at the end of one of the opalescent barrel beads; a really small matter and not noticeable considering how many beads are in the necklace. These great beads are worthy of the most discerning collection. Happy bidding! Questions? Just ask.
