is a fine old spice cupboard. It has a great look as is and can also be worked on to reveal some of the previous layers of paint to produce a scrubbed and layered look. It measures 17 and 1/4 inches tall, 11 inches wide, and 5 and 1/4 inches deep. It has eight drawers. The cupboard has a fine primitive design and is sturdily made. The many photographs show all sides of the cupboard. It has some minor paint loss and t--some are chips of paint missing. T are also some places w t are thin lines of black paint that look like they were brushed on. They are not highly noticeable. The top part of the cupboard has paint-only cracks in it that are standard for older pieces. The layers of paint include the bluish-grey color shown in picture four. Four of the drawers push in a little farther than the others and three are slightly beyond flush with the surrounding frame. The back shows that it was constructed of three pieces of wood; t is one split about four inches long. T is a little warping of the back that can be seen in picture eight. On one side t is a small hole that looks about the size of a cup hook screw. The other side has two small and two very small holes. This spice cupboard will display beautifully! Note: Due to recent postal changes regarding dimensional weight calculations and my just finding the right-sized box, the shipping cost has changed. It appears I can not revise the original size and weight measurements I put in, so....the package weighs 22 pounds and the box dimensions are 19.5 by 19.5 by 26 inches. I would recommend parcel post delivery, which can be insured if desired, as it is much more reasonable in cost than priority mail; I was told the wait time can be a few weeks.
