I just purchased 2 old trade blankets at a Northern MN private estate sale. I also found many other interesting Indian items, which I'll list later after some research. Both of these blankets have some 'as is', but they still have wonderful colors. Use them as wall hangings, bedspreads, upholstery -- be creative.

The blanket I'm selling in this auction measures 75" x 52". As you can see -- red, gray, black and ivory are the predominant colors. A beautiful graphic design . The remainder (edges) of the tag is in the lower right-hand corner (I think you can catch the small rectangular pattern in my photos). I don't know if this was made by Pendleton, Hudson Bay, etc. -- but it has the quality of those pieces.

Be sure to peruse the photos of the areas with issues -- t's one repair, a rip, and a stain or two -- but again, I gave you plenty photos to peruse it carefully. The original gray trim is missing on one side, and about 1' of it has come loose on the opposite side. These can be considered 'patina' -- they don't need to be interpreted as anything but 'loving usage' and 'age badges' (I'm getting a lot of those!).
