Vintage 3 pane window sash with shelf. The window is original vintage, shelf was added at some point in time. Glass has been removed and the wood has been painted stove black, distressed and sealed. Window measures 30" across at shelf and stands 29" high, shelf width is 5.5". Resting on the window ledge is an old wooden birdhouse, a candle holder made from a block of vintage wood, a 6" grubby candle taper, a curled up length of old rusty barb wire, a real bird's nest sitting in a glass dish and a vintage ceramic pitcher. The pitcher is a great shade of green with black stripes and marked Japan. It is crazed but no chips or cracks and stands 7" tall. At the top corner we have set a colorful spray of faux leaves.

The old birdhouse does not have much of a back left, it is split but from the front looks great. The bird nest is fragile and has been sprayed with a clear coat to hold it together.

Perfect for the primitive rustic decor... A mirror or picture could be added behind the window or a piece of quilt fabric. Curtains or a valance could also be added to suit your taste. ~ Or leave as is for wall decor ~

If you choose to hang this you will have to install hanging hooks on the window to suit your application.
