Offered for sale from my private collection of antique Zulu weapons is this lovely old Zulu knobkerrie club, hand-carved from a single piece of wood. The knobkerrie was found in a Zulu hut at the base of the Ntanyana Mountain between Keate's Drift and Muden in Zululand, South Africa. The knobkerrie is original, is around 35-45 years old, and is decorated in wirework in the traditional Zulu style of the '60s and '70s. This old Zulu weapon measures approx 29 inches long, and was owned by a genuine Zulu warrior in South Africa. It is NOT a modern tourist piece. If you have been fortunate enough to travel to the 1879 Anglo-Zulu War battlefield area in South Africa but were unable to find an authentic Zulu weapon - now's your chance!
