Olszewski Disneyland Haunted Mansion Sold Out at Disney Renowned miniaturist, Robert Olszewski was on hand for a special appearance and signing for the launch of this memorable piece on the day of release in June 2006. Bob has exquisitely captured each minute detail of the "Haunted Mansion" attraction including three interchangeable scenes: Hallway, Ballroom and Graveyard. Sculpture comes complete with certificate of verification. OUR LAST ONE ! The Haunted Mansion sculpture features include:Exquisitely detailed external sculpt of Haunted Mansion with Hearst, Pet Cemetary, etched balcony railings, and distinctive weather vane. Accompanied by special lighting to view the attraction both during the day as well as nighttime. Interchangable scenes depict the important internal ride attraction - Hallway with changing portraits; Birthday Party room with dancing ghost, organist and duelist; and Cemetary with musicians, singing heads and hitch hiking ghost.Capola that moves up and down to operate elevator shaft revealing stretching portraits and skeleton in rafters. We ship most Domestic items USPS Priority mail. Larger items are shipped USPS Parcel Post or DHL. International items are shipped USPS Global International or USPS First Class International when possible. We usually ship the next day after payment clears. We have no control over shipping times, our responsibility for shipping time ends when the Post Office accepts the item from us, please remember that when leaving Feedback.Due to time and safety reasons we never allow local pickups, sorry. We always include insurance in our shipping charges. We include a very small packaging and handling charge, usually $1 per item, in all shipping costs as well. We combine shipping whenever possible. All items to be combined on one invoice must be purchased within a 7 day period. Please wait for a combined invoice from us before using the Checkout feature or making payment as the shipping charges may be incorrect. The new USPS shipping regulations will make it more expensive to combine shipping for some items than it would cost to ship them seperately so we will combine shipments accordingly. Size limitations on International shipments will make it impossible to ship some larger items overseas. We ship 7 days after depositing domestic money orders and 10 days after depositing foreign money orders. We do not accept personal checks. Please not not ask us to break the law by marking any items as gifts or lowering the purchase price on the customs forms, we will not do it. Customs fees are never included in our shipping and are always the Buyers responsibility. The Buyer must complete Checkout within 3 days of the auction ending. Payment is required within 7 days of the auction ending. In the case of combined items payment is due within 7 days of the end of the last auction to be combined, but not more than 14 days from the end of the first auction ending. Our return policies have changed. If an item is damaged the Buyer must notify us by email, including a picture of the damage, within 48 hours of delivery. If insured thru USPS the Buyer must take any damaged item to their Post Office to file the insurance claim, it is the buyers responsibility, not ours. For damaged items not insured thru USPS, the Buyer may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a replacement, or a store credit in the amount of the actual bid amount or Buy It Now price if the item is out of stock. Buyer is to pay for the return shipping, the seller will pay shipping for the replacement item. The insurance does not cover shipping costs.
