Thisis an extremely rare, unworn and mint condition Omega Polaris 1/100 Chronograph in titanium and 18k gold. The Polaris was the first chronograph in the world with perfectly legible hand display to the hundredth of a second, and is one of the only 10 models featured in the "History of Omega" book. It was a limited edition first made in 1988 to commemorate the Seoul Olympic Games, only 7622 watches were made. The rarity of this watch resides in the fact that it is one of 1000 which were made of titanium and 18k gold , instead of stainless steel, and comes with a grey dial. The watch works exactly as it should, including both digital displays, and also benefits from an Omega service on 12:03:2014 with the remainder of Omega’s 24 months warranty period through to 2016. The pushers, crown and seal were replaced at the time as per Omega practice although they were in mint condition. Please review the pictures as they are part of the description. The inner grey Omega box is understandably age worn, with the outer box still in very good condition, I do not have the original booklet but have downloaded one from the net. Omega warranty card, replaced parts included.
