Welcome to this eBay listing for an On30 SLOPE-BACK TENDER resin kit made by BACKWOODS MINIATURES in the UK. Kit contains pro-moulded resin components, - including a one-piece frame and that lovely one-piece tank shown in photo 6. A fret of photo-etched brass parts and cast whitemetal details are also included, along with turned brass handrail posts and brass wire for handrails and piping. Trucks and couplers are required to complete the model. We used Chivers Finelines freight trucks but others will also fit. Parts are provided for the optional etched brass oil bunker pictured. There is room inside the hollow tender shell for a DCC decoder and speaker. Kit is intended for simple screw and glue assembly. Fully illustrated step-by-step photo instructions provided. Tender is suitable for hauling behind many On30 locos. Photo 4 shows it behind one of our On30 SELECT-a-KIT 2-6-0s. Photo 5 shows it coupled to a Bachmann Forney converted to a 2-6-0. Many modellers have purchased this tender to go with their On30 Bachmann 2-6-0 Mogul. . Kit is supplied in a strong, leatherette-covered box for safe shipping. Any questions? Ask away.
