This glass oil fill jar was made by AMCO CORP New York/Chicago. You would fill the jar up to the line at top of bottle with whatever oil you wanted to put in you automobile, aircraft, tractor, etc. The line was 1 US Quart. The metal spout made it very easy to pour the oil in. This belonged to my grandfather who used it to put oil in his tractor and car. I have no idea what this item goes for on the market, neither could I find a date of manufacture. I can remember these in my childhood at gas stations when my parents would buy gas.
