We are very pleased to offer this beautiful 46-piece silverplated flatware set in the popular Queen Bess pattern by Oneida Community. Introduced in 1946, this pretty floral pattern is classified as "collectible" by Tere Hagan in Silverplated Flatware, Revised Fourth Edition. The winning bidder will receive the following: eight 9 3/8-inch hollow handle dinner knives with stainless steel blades, eight 7 1/2-inch dinner forks, eight 7 1/4-inch tablespoons or oval soup spoons, eight 6-inch teaspoons, one 7-inch gravy ladle, one 9 5/8-inch pierced pie or cake server, one 8 3/8-inch meat serving fork, one 8 5/8-inch berry casserole spoon, two 6-inch sugar spoons, and one 6 3/4-inch master butter knife. That's eight 5-piece place settings, plus lots of serving pieces! Dinner knife blades are marked "Tudor Stainless". All other pieces are marked "Tudor Plate Oneida Community." Upon very close inspection, we note some tiny pits and roughness in the bowl of the berry spoon and minimal scratching to the dinner fork tines, mostly on the undersides. All pieces are otherwise in very good to excellent condition, with no plate loss or other damage and lots of shine. Gorgeous!
