A 'WYSIWYG' lot of rolling stock in varying conditions and from differing makers. This is just under a kilo packed weight. And now the small print!- please take the time to read. I do try to keep costs down but as a result of the current eBay Seller Protection policy, someauction items with a starting price of £9.99 will be sent via a Signed For service, at my discretion. This adds 74p to domestic costs and about £5.00 to overseas. I will consider requests to use a cheaper service but that would have to be at buyer's risk. Also Royal Mail have a habit currently of damaging parcels, so I have made a decision to try and beef up the packaging, unfortunately this adds to the cost of both materials and the posting costs. Please bear this in mind, I will make every effort to get your item to you safely and in one piece and at a reasonable price. As a general rule, I charge what Royal Mail charge me plus a few pence to cover packaging costs and the commission that Paypal charges in respect of the P&P fee. I having to increasingly use new materials/boxes, a box costs in the region of 50p. Please note that I will not end auctions early, so I would be grateful if anyone would refrain from asking. If I have a ‘buy it now’ price the item will have been listed as such, this is often simply down to the cost of adding this option. I make every effort to describe items accurately, and do not set out to deliberately mislead. I am only human, sometimes I get things wrong. Please bear in mind that subjective opinions can differ from one person to another, and I describe items in good faith as I personally see them. Your opinion may differ, this does not make either of us wrong it just means that we differ. In order to avoid confusion I will try and score locomotive & rolling stock on a scale of 1-10 with one being the lowest. Please think carefully before leaving low DSR marks, no one wants them and I certainly do not set out to achieve them. If there is a problem, I will do my best to resolve it. Cheques/PO's are welcome. Any questions please ask and I will do my best to answer. I am, however, the first to admit that I do not know everything there is to know about this vast subject.I will give a postal discount for multiple purchases- please request a total when you have finished buying. I usually post items at the latest by the working day after I receive payment. I always obtain proof of posting and will send an email confirming when the item has been posted. I can do no more than post in a timely manner and pack items as safely as possible. I have to respectfully point out that the Ebay DSR question refers to despatch time, not delivery time which is a totally different issue. I usually despatch on the working day after payment, and will always tell you that I have posted. Obviously I have no control over delays in the service thereafter, for what ever the reason. I would ask that I am not penalised for the delivery issues associated with Royal Mail. Personal collection is possible by arrangement-please ask. I am also happy to post overseas, please ask for a p&p figure prior to bidding if you need to, although I may not be able to respond to questions close to the end of an auction. Footnote re used track : if this lot is for used track, I make every effort to highlight any major problems or if it is particularly good. Otherwise, and as a general comment, it may have some sleeper damage/missing joiners and will require cleaning, possibly including the removal of surface rust. If I did not think this was fit for use I would not offer it for sale. I don't ask a lot for used track that I sell and believe that I am hopefully doing someone a favour by listing it.
