Thank you for looking at my auction. I have been a full time artist for over 30 years. Soft sculpture being one of my favorites (starting in 2008) All my animals are truly one of a kind, created out of quality faux fur or mohair. These are adult collectibles, not suitable for a child. My animals are made in one piece, created over a skeleton frame, no joint lines, just like a real puppy/kitten. They can be posed in many ways, they also can be brushed or combed! I tried to show different poses in the attached photos. I spend many hours to create one of them and strive to make every one of them as realistic as possible. A new pattern is made for each dog, I could not duplicate any of them. Today I would like to introduce cute SIMONE to you, she is a realistic life size Yorkie princess, app. 12" tall from the top of her head to her toes (not counting her ears) and app.13.5" long (nose to hock). SIMONE was completely hand sculpted by me out of luxury extra long pile faux fur. She can pose in many cute ways, Her eyes are hand blown glass, I hand sculpted her nose. SIMONE is extensively needle, thread and scissor sculpted and hand shaded. She is filled with polyfill and steel pellets for a more realistic weight.
