Gorgeous vintage ladies ring marked 18K. I want to apologize to all of the interested bidders who previously bid on this ring. I am relisting as an unauthorized bidder won the bid a few minutes ago and ebay had to cancel the listing. It is a shame that a few crooks have to ruin auctions, The large square/rectangle stone is about 4 0r 5 carats measuring about 11mm x 9mm. The orange/red sapphire has a brilliant luster and shine. Beautiful stone which is set perfectly tp fit this OOAK fancy filigreed ring. Weight of ring is over 4 grams. Comes from the Art Noveau/Deco era, The stone is natural not man-made or fake. All of the information I have comes from the Estate w it was purchased. It is marked 18K and was tested to be solid 18K. As to the stone it is guaranteed natural but I am not a gemnologist and cannot personally guarantee that it is an orange sapphire. It was stated to be so when I bought it for an expensive price. The stone is very strikong and gorgeous and real. Size about a 6 1/2-7. Gold is around $1000.00 per ounce so just the gold value in this ring is very high. This ring would easily sell for thousnads of dollars in a jewelry store. Due to the tragic results of the last auction I am requiring immediate payment with PayPal for this ring.
