This medal is a Rising Sun (Kyuokujitsusho) order medal 7 & 8th class.
The order features the Paulonia Leaf (a symbol of the Imperial family)
It is enameling on metal at silver.
The back of postwar 7th class medal is silver.
And the hinge of Box is a spring type.
These are all the features of postwar medal.
