ORDNANCE SURVEY SHEET MAP CRYSTAL PALACE, SYDENHAM 1916 This is a single sheet Ordnance Survey map on heavy paper (almost card) which has been folded. It is the "1916 EDITION", "LONDON SHEET XIII. 3." and covers the area around Crystal Palace, Forest Hill and Upper Sydenham. The scale is shown as 1/2500 or 25.344 inches to a mile. The map is 41" wide and 29" high (104cm x 73cm). It weighs 4.3ozs or 121g. In good condition with obvious creasing where it has been folded, creasing along the edges but no tears or holes - other than a few pin pricks in one or two corner folds. There is some staining in some of the crease lines - probably caused by dust/dirt. No signs of any repairs or restoration.
