This is a rare knife # 580 of 1000 , all handmade by Oreste Frati in Italy,,,The blade is Damascus,made out of high carbon steel not the lesser value and hardness of stainless steel,THIS KNIFE IS SHARP !!! I bought it 2 years ago and it was never used, but the original box is lost,I paid almost $ 200.00 for it and that was a bargain as this knife lists for $349.99 , The side plates are beautiful curly birch with nickel liners,This is a quality knife !It has a 3 inch blade and is a little over 7 inches opened.
